Alert for the Summer Months (May-October):
Since our products are made with all natural ingredients without preservatives or stabilizers, it's hard to maintain the texture/consistency of our balms. If you receive a balm that has melted during the shipping process or is gritty, please don't hesitate to contact us to resolve the issue. For our balms, typically if you re-heat and allow the balm to re-cool, it should return to it's intended form. Since all of our balms are packaged in glass jars re-heating and re-cooling is not an issue and does not alter the effectiveness of any ingredients. You can put it in the microwave for 1 minute (careful, it will be hot!) or you can heat it in a glass bowl of warm water.
Amazon Store Purchases:
If you purchased our products on Amazon and they arrived damaged, please contact Amazon directly to replace the order since they handle the orders and shipping process.
If your product arrives melted or gritty, you can contact us for a replacement. Although we understand some customers love the convenience of Amazon and it's Fast & Free Shipping, it's always best to purchase Irene Organics products here, directly through our website to guarantee your products arrive in the best quality! And remember, we do offer FREE Shipping for orders over $30 and we do ship pretty quickly (1-5 days).
