Irene Organics Return, Refund & Subscription Policy

At Irene Organics, we take great pride in creating high-quality, all-natural products. Due to the personal care nature of our items, we maintain a clear and firm return policy to ensure product safety, fairness, and transparency for all customers.


Return Eligibility & General Guidelines

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • A $7.99 flat-rate return shipping fee applies to all approved returns

  • A 50% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund


Unopened & Unused Products

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price only, minus applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@irene-organics.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo documentation. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for refunds or returns.

In certain cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Store credit may be used for future purchases or gifted to another recipient and does not expire.


Subscription & Discounted Purchase Policy

Subscription orders and discounted purchases are considered final sale once processed.

By selecting a subscription option, customers receive a discounted price in exchange for recurring delivery. For this reason:

  • Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds once processed or shipped

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Opened or used subscription products are not eligible for refunds or returns

  • Store credit may be issued at our discretion only in rare cases

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle through the customer account portal or by contacting info@irene-organics.com.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge. Failure to cancel before the billing cutoff does not qualify for a refund.

All subscription purchases are considered discounted purchases and final sale once processed.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Discontinued products

  • Partial returns of bundles or gift sets

  • Sample sizes

  • Free gifts or promotional items


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@irene-organics.com with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, you will receive return instructions along with a $7.99 flat-rate return shipping label.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be refused or returned to sender.


Summer Shipping Notice (May–October)

Due to our commitment to all-natural ingredients, some products may soften, melt, or develop a grainy texture when exposed to warm temperatures during transit. This does not impact product safety or effectiveness.

If texture changes occur:

  • Place the jar in warm water or microwave briefly (use caution)

  • Allow the product to cool completely to restore its intended texture

Texture changes caused by heat are not considered product defects and are not eligible for refunds.


Amazon Purchases

Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. For shipping-related issues or damaged items, please contact Amazon Customer Support directly.


Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Irene Organics reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, store credit, or future service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive returns, or chargeback activity.
