Shipping & Order Verification Policy

To protect our customers and Irene Organics from fraud, we reserve the right to verify, hold, or cancel any order that appears suspicious or high-risk.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

For security reasons, some orders may require additional verification before shipping.

We may request:

  • Confirmation of billing and shipping address

  • Proof of identity or payment authorization

  • Confirmation via email or phone

If verification is requested:

  • Customers have 24 hours to respond

  • Failure to verify within this timeframe may result in order cancellation and refund

High-Risk Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order flagged as high risk by our payment processor

  • Cancel orders with mismatched billing/shipping information

  • Cancel duplicate or bulk orders placed in a short time frame

  • Cancel orders placed using VPNs, proxy servers, or prepaid cards

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Packages

  • Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery may be subject to:

    • Original shipping costs

    • Return shipping costs

    • A restocking fee up to 50%

International Orders

At this time, Irene Organics ships only to approved regions. International orders may be subject to additional verification.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Any chargebacks filed without first contacting Irene Organics may result in:

  • Account restriction

  • Future order refusal

Fraudulent claims will be documented and disputed.

Right to Refuse Service

Irene Organics reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion to protect the integrity of our business and customers.
