Purchase Options

Irene Organics offers the following purchase options:

  • One-time purchases

  • Subscription purchases (where available)

By selecting a subscription option, you authorize Irene Organics to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency displayed at checkout.

Subscription Billing

  • Subscription charges recur automatically based on the selected delivery frequency.

  • Prices, discounts, and shipping terms are clearly displayed before checkout.

  • Subscriptions remain active until canceled by the customer.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through:

  • Their customer account dashboard, or

  • By contacting us at [your support email]

⚠️ Important Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge

  • Once a subscription order has processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded

No Retroactive Refunds

  • We do not issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped.

  • Failed cancellation requests due to last-minute timing are not eligible for refunds.

Subscription Modifications

Customers may:

  • Skip a shipment

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Update shipping address or payment method

Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.

Subscription orders are considered final sale once processed.

Subscription Fraud & Abuse Prevention

To prevent fraud and abuse:

  • Multiple subscriptions created under different emails or accounts may be canceled without notice

  • Accounts engaging in repeated chargebacks, refund abuse, or suspicious activity may be restricted or terminated

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Irene Organics may result in:

  • Immediate subscription cancellation

  • Account restriction

  • Refusal of future service

Right to Refuse Service

Irene Organics reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any purchase option or subscription at our discretion

  • Modify or discontinue subscription offerings at any time
